Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, account passwords, complete payment-card information, medical records, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for the requested service.

  1. Date of Birth

We may request your date of birth for the following purposes:

  • confirming age eligibility;

  • distinguishing your client record from other records;

  • preparing numerology calculations, interpretations, or personalized materials;

  • personalizing coaching and self-development services when requested;

  • determining whether parental or legal guardian consent is required.

Do not send complete payment-card information through email, text message, contact forms, voice messages, or other unsecured communication methods.

  1. Coaching and Numerology Information

Information voluntarily shared during coaching or numerology services will be treated as private and confidential, subject to the limitations described in this Privacy Policy and the applicable Coaching Agreement.

We do not sell or rent:

  • coaching intake information;

  • session communications;

  • coaching or numerology notes;

  • dates of birth;

  • numerology reports;

  • information about a client's private personal circumstances.

We may disclose limited information when reasonably necessary:

  • with your written authorization;

  • to service providers necessary to schedule, administer, or deliver the service;

  • to comply with applicable law, a lawful court order, subpoena, or governmental request;

  • to protect our legal rights, property, security, or business interests;

  • when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to address a serious and imminent risk of harm to a person;

  • to investigate suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, or misuse of our services.

Wellbeing Lab Studio provides coaching, education, personal-development guidance, and numerology-based self-reflection. We do not provide psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, mental-health treatment, or other licensed clinical services.

Communications with a coach may not receive the same legal privilege that may apply to communications with certain licensed healthcare, legal, or mental-health professionals.

Session Recordings

We do not record coaching or numerology sessions unless all participants have provided prior consent.

When a recording is authorized, we will explain:

  • why the session is being recorded;

  • how the recording will be used;

  • who may access it;

  • how long it will be retained;

  • how a participant may withdraw permission for future use.

Employer-Sponsored or Executive Coaching

When an employer, organization, or other sponsor pays for coaching, the information that may be shared with the sponsor will be defined in a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise authorized by the client or required by law, we will not disclose the private content of coaching conversations to an employer or sponsor.

  1. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose limited personal information to service providers that help us operate the website and deliver services, including:

  • accountants, attorneys, insurers, and professional advisers.

These providers may receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their functions and are governed by their own privacy policies, security practices, and contractual obligations.

We may also disclose information:

  • when you direct or authorize us to do so;

  • when required or permitted by law;

  • to protect rights, safety, property, or security;

  • in connection with a business reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of some or all business assets.

  1. Current Technology Providers

Our website may use the following services:

  • Website platform and hosting: Framer and Other Providers

  • Payment processing: Stripe, PayPal, and/or Other Providers

  • Scheduling and calendar: Google Calendar, Calendly, and/or Other Providers

  • Video conferencing: Zoom, Google Meet, and/or Other Providers

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy and terms.

This section should be updated whenever a service provider that processes personal information is added, removed, or replaced.

  1. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Wellbeing Lab Studio does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

We do not disclose dates of birth, coaching information, numerology information, session communications, private client information, or payment information to unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing.

If advertising or analytics technology is used in a manner that qualifies as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy law, we will:

  • disclose that practice in this Privacy Policy;

  • provide any required cookie controls;

  • provide any legally required opt-out method;

  • honor recognized preference signals where legally required.

  1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • operate essential website functions;

  • remember visitor preferences;

  • maintain security;

  • understand website traffic and performance;

  • identify technical problems;

  • improve the website and visitor experience;

  • measure the effectiveness of content or advertising, when applicable.

Necessary cookies may operate automatically because they are required for the website to function.

Analytics and advertising cookies should be activated only in accordance with applicable law and the visitor's cookie preferences where consent is required.

You may control certain cookies through:

  • the cookie-preference tool available on the website;

  • your browser settings;

  • legally recognized browser privacy signals.

Blocking certain cookies may affect the operation of some website features.

  1. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some web browsers provide a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for responding to traditional Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to those signals.

Where required by applicable law and supported by our website technology, we will recognize legally valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

Because we do not currently sell personal information, an opt-out signal may not change our existing practices unless advertising technology that legally constitutes sharing is present on the website.

  1. Email and Text Communications

We may use your email address or telephone number to send:

  • responses to inquiries;

  • booking confirmations;

  • payment receipts;

  • appointment reminders;

  • service-related communications;

  • requested materials;

  • notices concerning a service, program, or digital product you purchased.

Marketing emails and promotional text messages will be sent only as permitted by law and, where required, after separate consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by following the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP.

Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending necessary communications related to an active booking, payment, purchase, or client relationship.

We do not sell mobile telephone information or text-message consent information. We do not disclose SMS opt-in information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message and data rates may apply.

  1. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Unless a different period is required by law or reasonably necessary for a dispute or legal matter, our general retention schedule is:

  • inquiries that do not result in a purchased service: up to 12 months;

  • booking records, accepted agreements, and client communications: up to four years after the last service;

  • coaching or numerology notes, if maintained: up to four years after the last service;

  • payment, accounting, and tax records: up to seven years;

  • marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe or request deletion;

  • records documenting an unsubscribe request: as necessary to ensure that the request continues to be honored;

  • system backups: until they are replaced or deleted through the applicable backup cycle.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical limitations and lawful retention requirements.

  1. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include:

  • secure website connections;

  • password and account protection;

  • limited access to client information;

  • reputable payment and technology providers;

  • device security;

  • secure storage practices;

  • periodic deletion of information that is no longer required.

No website, cloud service, video-conferencing platform, payment system, electronic communication, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your passwords, using secure devices and internet connections, and avoiding the transmission of sensitive information through unsecured methods.

If a data-security incident occurs, we will investigate it and provide notifications when required by applicable law.

  1. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • confirm whether we maintain personal information about you;

  • provide access to certain personal information;

  • correct inaccurate information;

  • delete certain personal information;

Please write "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may also request proof that an authorized agent has permission to act on your behalf.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to:

  • complete a transaction;

  • provide a requested service;

  • maintain accounting or tax records;

  • prevent fraud;

  • resolve disputes;

  • enforce agreements;

  • protect legal rights or safety;

  • comply with applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right available under applicable law.

  1. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under California privacy laws.

To the extent applicable, these may include the right to:

  • know what categories of personal information are collected;

  • know the purposes for which information is used;

  • know the categories of service providers or other parties receiving information;

  • request access to personal information;

  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;

  • request deletion, subject to legal exceptions;

  • request a portable copy of certain information;

  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;

  • limit certain uses of legally defined sensitive personal information;

  • receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights.

  1. Children and Minors

Our general website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.

A child under 13 should not submit:

  • a booking or contact form;

  • a date of birth;

  • an email address;

  • a telephone number;

  • payment information;

  • any other personal information.

If a date of birth entered into the booking form indicates that the individual is under 13, the individual will not be permitted to complete the standard booking process.

Services for a minor may be provided only when:

  • a parent or legal guardian initiates or approves the booking;

  • the parent or guardian provides any required consent;

  • payment is authorized by an adult;

  • the applicable Minor Coaching Agreement and Parental Consent are accepted.

If we learn that information was collected directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact natalia@wellbeinglabstudio.com.

  1. International Visitors

Wellbeing Lab Studio is based in the United States.

If you access the website or purchase services from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your country.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Requests may be submitted to natalia@wellbeinglabstudio.com.

  1. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may include links to or integrations with independent services, including payment processors, calendars, video-conferencing platforms, social-media platforms, and external websites.

We do not control the privacy or security practices of independent third parties.

Your interaction with a third-party service is governed by that provider's own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in:

  • our services;

  • website technology;

  • service providers;

  • business practices;

  • legal or regulatory requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we may provide additional notice through the website, by email, or through another reasonable method.
