Services
Wellbeing Lab Studio provides life, career, executive, relationship, and personal-development coaching, as well as numerology sessions, coaching programs, courses, meditations, guides, and digital materials.
The description, duration, format, price, and availability of each service are displayed on the applicable service or checkout page.
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase services. Services for anyone under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Nature of Services
Our services are intended for coaching, education, personal development, self-awareness, and self-reflection.
They are not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, mental-health diagnosis or treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Individual outcomes vary, and no specific personal, relationship, career, business, financial, or other result is guaranteed.
Numerology is provided as a tool for personal insight and self-reflection and should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction of future events.
Booking and Payment
A paid booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated:
all prices are listed in U.S. dollars;
the full applicable price will be displayed before checkout;
payments are processed through Stripe;
appointments are personal and may not be transferred without written permission.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information and for reviewing the date, time, and time zone of your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session without a cancellation fee by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee.
If a prepaid session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, $50 will be deducted from the amount paid. The remaining balance may be refunded or applied once toward a rescheduled session.
If you miss a session without providing notice before it begins, the full session fee will be forfeited. No-show payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied toward another appointment.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original ending time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show.
Genuine emergencies may be considered individually at our discretion.
If Wellbeing Lab Studio cancels a paid session, you may choose to reschedule it without an additional fee or receive a full refund for that session.
Refunds and Packages
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Coaching packages and programs are subject to the duration and conditions displayed on the applicable service page. Completed sessions, late cancellations, and missed sessions will be deducted before any approved refund is calculated.
Unused sessions must be completed within the stated package period unless an extension is approved in writing.
Packages, sessions, and program access may not be transferred to another person without written permission.
Because digital products are available for immediate access, purchases of courses, recordings, meditations, guides, reports, workbooks, and other digital materials are generally final once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or when a verified technical issue prevents access.
Intellectual Property
All website content and materials provided by Wellbeing Lab Studio, including The Quantum Leap Method™, coaching frameworks, exercises, numerology reports, courses, meditations, recordings, guides, workbooks, text, graphics, and designs, are protected intellectual property.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use these materials for your own non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, teach, share, modify, or use our materials to create another product or service without prior written permission.
Sessions may not be recorded without the prior consent of all participants.
Third-Party Services
We may use independent service providers for payment processing, scheduling, email, video conferencing, website hosting, and digital-content delivery.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or technical failures caused by independent third-party platforms.
If a significant technical problem on our side prevents a scheduled session from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session without an additional fee.
Refusal or Termination of Services
We may refuse, pause, or terminate services because of:
nonpayment;
repeated missed appointments;
abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior;
violation of these Terms;
unauthorized distribution of our materials;
a request outside the scope of coaching;
circumstances in which assistance from a licensed professional would be more appropriate.
Any refund for unused services will depend on the services already provided, the reason for termination, these Terms, and applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellbeing Lab Studio and Natalia Patel will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, participation in services, reliance on website content, personal decisions, or use of third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Before initiating a legal claim, both parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter through written communication.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings will take place in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.
Changes will not retroactively alter the essential terms of a service already purchased unless required by law or separately accepted by the client.
